JAPANESE AND AMERICAN WAGYU STEAKS, PORK LOIN AND PORK COLLAR BUTT CUSTOM-CUT ORDER CUT-OFF
If you would like Japanese Wagyu or American Wagyu steaks or Pork Loin and Pork Collar Butt custom-cut to your liking, please place your orders at our retail store before 4:00pm. Our meat cutters start very early in the morning to prepare wholesale orders for the day, so the last order cut-off for custom cut steaks is 4:00pm (or 1 hour before store closing time.)
We also try to keep an inventory of pre-cut frozen Japanese Wagyu and American Wagyu steaks in our freezer for customers arriving after 4:00pm. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order online in advance. Please include instructions about thickness and/or portion size under “Special Instructions.”
MAINTAINING TEMPERATURE WHILE TRANSPORTING YOUR PURCHASE
When the weather is hot outside or when your meat order will sit in your car for any duration of time, we recommend transporting the meat inside an insulated cooler with frozen gel-packs. Please bring them with you when visiting our retail store. Wagyu beef products, especially the Japanese Wagyu beef, are very sensitive to temperature and the marbling will start to melt even at room temperature. To preserve the quality and safety of meat products until they are ready to be enjoyed, please always maintain an appropriate temperature.
